KELPlus

Kelp has been used as a soil and plant conditioner for centuries. In fact Celtic and Scandinavian farmers have been applying it to fields since the beginning of intensive agricultural practices.

KELPlus is ideal for:

• enhancing root growth and delaying senescence.
• Improving heat and drought tolerance
• reducing stress and shock from transplanting
• Increasing soil water retention

Fast acting soil and plant conditioner

• safe to turf and works on soil when watered into the roots
• easy to apply by boom spray
• used at comparatively low rates (40L per hectare)
• apply twice in the first month and once a month there after
• biodegradable and can be applied with fertilisers, wetters and pesticides

Of all fertilisers used, seaweed has the broadest and most balanced range of nutrients. An extract from seaweed is algin, known commercially as agar. When this is applied to soil profiles it acts as a natural wetting agent and enhances soil structure. This natural extract mixed with MP Sustain provides excellent water retention, especially for sand profiles.
